Coaching (mentoring) of leaders – based on experience we support sales managers and project managers in their commercial role – focusing on the development of the individual and the company’s performance. It can sometimes include identifying ways out of crises and destructive behaviors. We set mutual goals with the employer (immediate supervisor) and the individual himself, and implement them through asking the right questions and encourage changes.

When it comes to competence and business development we work with a holistic approach, and to provide the best performance we consult on both a strategic and a tactical level.
